How To Make Golden Syrup Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup golden syrup
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and butter until crumbly.

Add the milk and mix until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the golden syrup and water until boiling.

Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling syrup mixture.

Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
