- 4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
