  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix together bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.

  4. Place the chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked through.
