Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of hot water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
