Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, tapioca flour, almond flour, ground flaxseed, active dry yeast, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, warm water, eggs, and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
