- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, xanthan gum, and instant yeast.
