Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, xanthan gum, and instant yeast.

  2. Add warm water and mix until well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour.

  4. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  5. Place the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.

  6. Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 50 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
