How To Make Gluten-Free Penne Alfredo Recipe
Delicious and creamy penne pasta in a gluten-free alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pan and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and toss until coated in the alfredo sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
