How To Make Gluten-Free Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe
A spicy and creamy pasta dish made with gluten-free pasta and seasoned chicken breast.

Ingredients
- 8 oz gluten-free pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

Season chicken breasts with cajun seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned on both sides and cooked through.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.

Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until combined.

Slice chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
