How To Make Garlic and Herb Butter Shrimp Recipe

Succulent shrimp cooked in a garlic and herb butter sauce is a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  4. Add parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  5. Divide between serving plates and serve with lemon wedges.
