- 8 oz fresh salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Place the salmon fillet in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
