How To Make Beef Carpaccio

Beef carpaccio is an Italian appetizer centered around paper-thin sliced raw beef, arugula, and shaved cheese. Drizzled with lemon vinaigrette.

  • ¼lbrare roast beef,thinly sliced
  • ½lemon,juiced
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • salt and fresh pepper
  • 1.5cupsbaby arugula
  • .25ozshaved Asiago or Parmesan Cheese


  1. Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Lay the roast beef over a plate.

  3. Add half of the vinaigrette to the roast beef.

  4. Top with arugula, salt, pepper, remaining vinaigrette, and shaved Asiago. Serve immediately.
