- 4 courgettes, thinly sliced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sesame oil, coconut oil, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Add the thinly sliced courgettes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dressing.

Let the courgettes marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Arrange the marinated courgettes on a serving platter.
