How To Make Dairy Free Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded carrots
