How To Make Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, grated carrots, chopped walnuts

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, grated carrots, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
