How To Make Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Salad Recipe

A delicious and healthy salad loaded with bacon and crunchy brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of brussels sprouts (trimmed and shredded)
  • 6 slices of bacon (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add brussels sprouts, red onion, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and cooked bacon to the bowl, toss to coat evenly.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
