How To Make Blueberry Bostock

A tasty and indulgent dessert made with sweet brioche, almond cream, and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond paste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread a thin layer of almond paste on each slice of brioche bread.

  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Spread a layer of the butter mixture on top of the almond paste.

  5. Arrange the blueberries on top of the butter mixture.

  6. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
