  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Add the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and salt to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil and process until the pesto becomes smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
