Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced smoked ham
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Add diced ham to the frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
