Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

  4. In a third bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.

  5. Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and coat with panko crumbs.

  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  7. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Transfer chicken to a wire rack to cool and keep them warm in the oven.
