Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°F.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

In a third bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.

Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and coat with panko crumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry chicken tenders in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
