  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs.

  3. In another mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Dip chicken tenders into the egg mixture, then coat them in the almond flour mixture.

  5. Place chicken tenders in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
