  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add melted butter, milk, and egg. Mix well.

  4. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.

  5. Using your hands, create 8-10 balls and place on the baking sheet.

  6. Flatten the balls to create round biscuits.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
