How To Make Herb Marinated Swordfish Recipe
Juicy swordfish steaks marinated in a savory blend of herbs and spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
-
Pat dry the swordfish steaks with paper towels.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to form a marinade.
-
Place the swordfish steaks in a large dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish, and rub it in to coat all the sides. Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
-
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the swordfish from the marinade and discard the excess.
-
Grill the swordfish for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
