  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
