Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 fillets of smoked herring, flaked
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, sliced red onion, and flaked smoked herring.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
