How To Make Herring and Beet Salad
A refreshing salad with the goodness of herring and beets.

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized cooked beets, sliced
- 2 fillets of smoked herring, chopped
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together beets, herring, mixed greens, and walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
