How To Make Salmon Fish Cakes Recipe
Delicious and healthy salmon fish cakes packed with flavor and perfect for any meal!

Ingredients
- 2 cans of salmon, drained (14.75 oz each)
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Form the mixture into 8 patties and coat each patty with breadcrumbs.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
