How To Make Thai Fish Cakes Recipe
A savory and spicy appetizer made with fresh fish and Thai seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh white fish fillet, chopped
- 1/4 cup green beans, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Add chopped fish, green beans, and red bell pepper to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

In a bowl, mix together the chopped ingredients, Thai curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add in the egg whites and breadcrumbs, mixing well to combine.

Form the mixture into small patties and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the fish patties to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with sweet chili dipping sauce.
