Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup rum (optional)
- Cinnamon sticks and extra nutmeg for garnish

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
