How To Make Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk

Be healthy with this creamy and savory anti-inflammatory golden milk. It’s highly vegan with almond milk and slightly spicy from turmeric and ginger.

  • 2cupsalmond milk
  • 1tbspground turmeric
  • ¼tspground ginger
  • 4black peppercorns
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1star anise
  • 1pinchwhole clove
  • 1tspagave,or sweetener of your choice, optional


  1. Add the almond milk to a small pot over medium heat.

  2. Add the turmeric, ginger, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves. Whisk to combine.

  3. Heat the milk for 4 to 5 minutes, until steaming, but do not let it come to a boil.

  4. Serve warm or over ice and sweeten to taste.

  5. Enjoy!
