How To Make Raspberry Hot Chocolate

Raspberry liqueur is added to this hot chocolate recipe in order to give it a holiday twist that will warm up your tastebuds.

  • 6ozmilk chocolate
  • ¾cupwhole milk
  • ¼cupheavy cream
  • ¼cupcocoa powder,unsweetened
  • 3tbspraspberry liqueur
  • ginger,crystallized


  1. Combine everything except the liqueur and ginger in a small saucepan and place over medium-low heat. Whisk occasionally until chocolate is melted.

  2. Continue to cook, whisking frequently until smooth and slightly thickened.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in liqueur, pour into serving cups, and top with a piece of ginger, if using, and serve immediately
