Ingredients

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup of malted hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to steam, but not boil.

  2. Whisk in the malted hot chocolate mix until it is fully dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and pour the hot chocolate into mugs.

  4. Top each mug with a handful of mini marshmallows.

  5. Use a kitchen torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows until golden brown and gooey.

  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the toasted marshmallows.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
