Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, coffee granules, and vanilla extract.

  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

  4. Fold the sugar mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.

  5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until no white streaks remain.

  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture into 4 serving glasses or bowls.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
