How To Make Red Bell Pepper Cocktail
Chase the hot summer day away with a sip of this refreshing and unique cocktail made with basil, gin, lime, and red bell pepper.

Ingredients
- ⅓mediumred bell pepper,sliced into 2-inch long strips
- 6basil leaves,fresh
- ½lime,juiced
- 1½ozgin
- 1tspagave nectar,or simple syrup
- ice
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the red pepper, basil and lime juice. Muddle thoroughly until the red pepper is thoroughly smashed. It shouldn’t have any crunch left to it.

Add gin and lots of ice. Put on the lid and shake.

Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
