Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup white rum (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Ice for serving
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.

  2. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until well combined and frothy.

  3. Pour the coquito into a pitcher or individual glasses filled with ice.

  4. Optional: Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of Coquito!
