Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut milk
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) of coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup of white rum (optional)
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until well combined.

  2. Add the rum (if using) and blend again until everything is thoroughly mixed.

  3. Transfer the coquito to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.

  4. Serve the coquito chilled, garnished with cinnamon sticks.
