Ingredients

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup of white rum
  • ½ cup of evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of almond extract
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend until well combined.

  2. Pour the coquito mixture into a glass bottle or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.

  3. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coquito over the ice. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish. Stir before drinking.
