Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of raspberries
- ¾ cup of shredded coconut
- ¾ cup of cake crumbs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the raspberries with ¼ cup of powdered sugar and set aside.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with ¼ cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer the cake crumbs, followed by a layer of raspberry mixture, a layer of whipped cream, and a layer of shredded coconut. Repeat the layers.
