  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 cup sponge cake, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.

  3. In serving glasses, layer sponge cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, fresh berries, and raspberry jam.

  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

  6. Garnish with additional fresh berries, if desired.
