  • 250g cream cheese
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup ginger syrup
  • 200g ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  2. In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer the ladyfingers, ginger syrup, and cream cheese mixture.

  3. Top with fresh raspberries.

  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses or dish is filled.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  6. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired.
