Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 large lemons
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Roll out the pre-made pie crust and press it into a tart pan. Trim any excess crust.

In a bowl, zest and juice the lemons.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.

Pour the lemon mixture into the tart shell.
