Ingredients
- 1 premade tart shell
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 4 passion fruits
- 1 lemon, zest
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the tart shell for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.

In a bowl, mix the lemon curd and mascarpone cheese until smooth.

Spread the lemon curd and mascarpone mixture evenly onto the cooled tart shell.

Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and pulp.

Arrange the passion fruit seeds and pulp on top of the lemon curd mixture.

Sprinkle the lemon zest over the tart.
