Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup treacle or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch tart pan and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the treacle or dark corn syrup, melted butter, sugar, rum, desiccated coconut, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
