- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups rhubarb, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
