How To Make Rose Water Raspberry Tart Recipe
A beautiful tart filled with raspberries and infused with rose water.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 3-4 tbsp ice water
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/4 tsp rose water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar and salt.

Add butter and pulse until a coarse meal consistency.

Stream in ice water and pulse until it comes together.

Pat dough into a tart pan and spread raspberry preserves over dough.

Add rose water to fresh raspberries and arrange atop preserves.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
