How To Make Rose Water Raspberry Tart Recipe

A beautiful tart filled with raspberries and infused with rose water.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 3-4 tbsp ice water
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 tsp rose water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar and salt.

  3. Add butter and pulse until a coarse meal consistency.

  4. Stream in ice water and pulse until it comes together.

  5. Pat dough into a tart pan and spread raspberry preserves over dough.

  6. Add rose water to fresh raspberries and arrange atop preserves.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.

  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
