Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 ripe apricots, sliced
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of melted butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the sliced apricots, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Arrange the fruit mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the edges over the fruit to create a rustic tart shape.

Brush the melted butter over the edges of the pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the fruit is soft.
