How To Make Rice Pudding with Raisin & Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.

Stir in the rice and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened.

Stir in the sugar, raisins, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Serve the rice pudding warm and drizzle with the cinnamon syrup.
