- 4 slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in the greased dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked.
