  • 4 cups milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cinnamon powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.

  2. Gradually add the semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, until thick and creamy.

  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  6. Serve the pudding warm or chilled, sprinkled with cinnamon on top.
