  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the semolina, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, and salt.

  3. Add the potato chunks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the semolina mixture.

  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
