Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or cashews)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes until they soften.

Add the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are fully cooked and the mixture thickens.

Add the sugar, chopped nuts, raisins, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes.
